I-CHING Hexagram #26
"The Taming Power of the Great"

Ken, Keeping quiet, Mountain Ch'ien, The Creative, Sky. The hexagram shows different aspects of the concept "keeping firm." Not only "holding together," but also "carrying to feed," and finally, "pushing together"

It teaches the man that retirement, concentration, and quietness, serve to give the world a better shape. By means of firmness and retention, as well as an untiring interference in the outer world, the man succeeds in accomplishing and renewing his virtues.

To get started

We are in a stage of supporting and holding back. Our creative forces inside us are pushing forward to go out to make themselves strong. We are looking for the way to find a solution; however, we face one obstacle after another. But the time to open to the world has arrived; it is the time to act, taking into account the manner (those of our most ancient traditions will give us the key). This way, we'll greatly succeed and all we do will be backed up by the sky. Great success.

To end

We are about to start a period in which is better to hold on, not to act. Tasks undergone will face obstacles, either for our own decision or external factors. How will it be sorted out? Doing something firmly in the outer world, right there where life is at its best, we will find the perfect place for our performance. Great success.

sentence

Perseverance furthers. - Not eating at home brings good fortune. - It furthers one to cross the great water.
